Wisconsin manufacturer acquires Empire Corrugated Machinery (ECM) in Glen Arm, MD.
Acquisition increases product diversification and capabilities for OEM’s and consumers.

EAU CLAIRE, WIS. (April 19, 2022) – Senasys, Inc., a Wisconsin manufacturer based in Eau Claire, Wis. acquired the corrugated machinery replacement part manufacturer, Empire Corrugated Machinery, on April 19, 2022. Founder, Steve Dye, seeks to incorporate the Empire Corrugated Machinery line to their product mix to provide a greater range of products offerings.

The Empire Corrugated Machinery product line consists of over 5,500 part numbers in a ready to manufacture catalogue and additionally includes a part number database that they can supply a number of corrugated cardboard machines which is composed of over 17,000 different parts! The Empire Corrugated Machinery product line specializes in the United, Koppers, Hooper-Swift, and Universal custom machined parts. The line extends to include specific Prime, S & S, Langston and Ward parts, but this is mostly limited to gears, sprockets, and splined shafts.
Senasys is already a diversified manufacturer in thermostat switches, industrial controls, micro snap action switches, and soldering tools.
